Shipping policy

UNITED STATES SHIPPING

We generally ship orders within 24-48 business hours, however, it may take longer depending on volume. Orders generally arrive within 2-4 business days but may take up to 7. This does not include custom orders as they can take up to 5 weeks for delivery. 

When you check out, you will get a shipping estimate based off of the Carrier and Service you select.

All orders are shipped via USPS,UPS or DHL unless otherwise specified in your tracking confirmation. A tracking number will be sent to you when your order ships. 

Your entire order must be shipped to a single address. If there is no one present to sign for your package, it will still be left at the address provided.  The Bullet Boutique is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. The Bullet Boutique is not responsible for packages delivered to addresses that are incorrectly entered when you order online. The customer must provide correct information prior to shipment. The customer is responsible for packages upon delivery. Once your package is accepted by USPS, UPS or DHL, The Bullet Boutique is no longer responsible for the package. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned merchandise.

The Bullet Boutique is no responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages, please contact USPS, UPS with your tracking number prior to contacting The Bullet Boutique. 

If you want to add additional items to a previous order, you have until 2:00 pm EST THE SAME DAY to place the additional order. You MUST put in the "notes" section of the checkout page, your previous order number that you want to continue, to ensure secondary shipping refunds. Any order places after 2:00 pm EST, can not be guaranteed to be combined. 

We only ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
